Dismantle the positioning handle. Pull the handle
away from the shaft.

If the cabling must be replaced, the connector for
the transport mode sensor and the control board
must be unplugged.
Also loosen the cables to the wiring harness to
the control board (A, B, C). Then carefully pull the
cabling through the shaft.

Assemble the positioning handle. Position the
handle over the shaft.

If the cabling is whole and intact, assemble the
locking pin onto the cabling. The tape on the ca-
bling is the locking pin retainer positioning.

Assemble the locking pin retainer from the cabling.
The tape holds the locking pin retainer in place on
the cabling.
