9.3.6 REMOTE-LOOPBACK

Configures parameters associated to the Ethernet OAM loopback. There are two configurable parameters:
9.3.6.1 REMOTE-LOOPBACK ENABLE
Enables the possibility for the interface to enter loopback mode in response to a control command received from the
remote OAM client. Default is disabled.
Syntax:
ethernet0/1 OAM config>remote-loopback enable ?
<cr>
Example:
ethernet0/1 OAM config>remote-loopback enable
ethernet0/1 OAM config>
9.3.6.2 REMOTE-LOOPBACK TIMEOUT
Configures the maximum wait time for a response to the remote OAM client after sending a loopback control com-
mand. Default is 5 seconds.
Syntax:
ethernet0/1 OAM config>remote-loopback timeout ?
<1..10>
Example:
ethernet0/1 OAM config>remote-loopback timeout 10
ethernet0/1 OAM config>

9.3.7 EXIT

Returns to the corresponding Ethernet interface configuration menu.
Syntax:
ethernet0/1 OAM config>exit
Example:
ethernet0/1 OAM config>exit
