24-bit value representing the ratio metric value of a
100-ohm precision reference resistor.
24-bit value representing the ratio metric value of a

RTD PntStatus values:
0x0001 - RTD Temperature Invalid
0x0002 - Resistance is below table value (Under Range -
RTD may be shorted)
0x0004 - Resistance is above table value (Over Range -
RTD may be opened)
0x0008 - RTD is uncalibrated
0x0010 - Hardware Failure
