EER at DSX-1, An EER (Excessive Error
Pt n Rate) condition has been
detected on the DSX-1
interface.
Yellow alarm at A Yellow Alarm Indication
DSX-1, Pt n signal is being received by
the DSX-1 interface.
Net Margin The signal-to-noise margin
Threshold, Pt n has exceeded the configured
threshold.
Primary Clock A failure has occurred in the
Failed (DSX-1, primary clock source
Pt n ) configured from the Network,
DSX, or from the card internal
clock.
Device Failed An internal error has been

software. yyyyyyyy indicates
the 8-digit hexadecimal failure
code.
Download Failed A firmware download was
interrupted.
Net Com Link The Network communication

1. Verify the attached equipment
coding is compatible.
2. Contact network provider.
