RETURNED GOODS PROCEDURE
If the unit is unserviceable and requires a repair return to a GE Service Centre. Contact the GE
Service Centre, either by 'phone, fax or e-mail to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA)
number, providing the following information:
• Product (i.e. ADTS 405)
• Pressure medium (i.e. air, nitrogen)
• Serial number
• Details of defect/work to be undertaken
• Operating conditions
