HOW TO MOVE THE MACHINE
To safely transport the machine proceed as follows:
1. To move the machine, you should use a pallet to support it (positioning wooden wedges to block the
wheels, as shown in the previous paragraph).
2. Lower the squeegee (1) with the lever
3. Lower the brush head (2) making the brush head body rest on the pallet by means of the pedal
4. Stop the machine by pulling the brake lever
4. INSERTING THE BATTERIES
The machine may be supplied with batteries and a built-in battery charger.
If batteries other than those supplied with the machine are used, have the battery charger and battery
control card configuration checked by a qualified and trained FIMAP technician.
Perform a battery charging cycle before using the machine.
The batteries must be housed in the appropriate compartment beneath the recovery tank, and must also
satisfy the requirements of the IEC 21-5 Standard.
To insert the batteries you must:
1. Make sure the recovery tank is empty, otherwise empty it completely
2. Check that the parking brake is correctly engaged.
3. Make sure that the key switch in the "0" position
4. Lower the squeegee and brush head (see the appropriate chapters)
5. open the rear hinge that closes the upper tank
6. Rotate the tank as far as it will go, using the side handle
ATTENTION: Before fitting the batteries, lift in the backing and connect the
traction connector.
this process must be carried out by qualified personnel. An incorrect
connection of the connector may cause problems with machine functioning.
This operation is only possible for MX and SMx machines with semi-automatic traction
