produces a reactor-fan fault signal.

The operating ambient temperature for the 8720MC line reactors is 50 °C
(122 °F), maximum. Derate current 1% for every 1 °C above 50 °C.

Install the Varistor (8720MC-RPS065 units only)

Install a varistor to absorb surge voltage between AC input power wires. The
8720MC-VA-B varistor is the designated varistor for 8720MC-RPS065BM
and 8720MC-RPS065BS units.
IMPORTANT Provide the required quantity of varistors for all units connected in parallel
and connect the varistor on the incoming AC line-side of the AC contactor.
