APPENDIX G: Returning Your Skymetry WTU-14

In the event that the Skymetry WTU-14 does not function properly,
we suggest that you do the following:
1. Record your observations regarding the WTU-14's malfunction.
2. Call Phonetics Technical Support toll-free at 1-877-373-2700
or e-mail support@sensaphone.com prior to sending the unit
to Phonetics for repair. Our product support specialists are able
to diagnose and correct many unit setup and programming
problems over the phone.
If the unit must be sent to Phonetics for servicing, please do the
following:
1. Unplug the power supply, disconnect the battery, and disconnect
all wiring.
2. Carefully pack the unit to avoid damage in transit. Use the
original container (if available) or a sturdy shipping box.
3. To avoid shipping delays, you must include the following
information:
a) Your name, address and telephone number.
b) A note explaining the problem.
4. Ship your package to the address below:

5. Ship prepaid and insured via UPS or US Mail to ensure a
traceable shipment with recourse for damage or replacement.
