Alarm request (ServiceID: 0006H)
This service reads information of an alarm that has currently occurred in the specific IO device.
This service needs to be used with 'IO device alarm management area' (Un\G17025 to Un\G17032) and 'IO device alarm
indication area' (Un\G17145 to Un\G17152).
