Use the original packing carton and material to ship the ventilator back to Covidien. If needed,
contact Covidien or a local Covidien representative to order replacement packing material.
Prior to returning your ventilator for service or repair, obtain a returned goods authorization
number from Covidien Technical Services. Refer to the service manual or contact Covidien Tech-
nical Services for complete instructions.
