POSSIBLE MALFUNCTIONS
AND THEIR SOLUTIONS
BEHAVIOR
Remote lights up but the
Bed Frame does not re-
spond when Buttons are
pressed.
Remote does not light up.
The Bed Frame does not
respond when Buttons are
pressed.
Parts of the Bed Frame re-
main in an elevated posi-
tion after a power failure.
POSSIBLE CAUSE / SOLUTION
1. The Bed Frame is not connected properly. Check the power
connection
2. Overheating after continuous use. Ensure that the Duty Cy-
cle has not been exceeded. Wait for at least 6 minutes for the
Duty Cycle time-out to reset itself.
3. Unplug the Power Converter. Wait until the LED goes out, then
plug it back in.
Replace the batteries in the Remote Control.
An Emergency Lowering is required. Proceed as follows:
1. Unplug the Power Converter from the mains
2. Remove the cover of the Power Converter (see below):
3. Insert two 9V batteries into the Power Converter. Do not use
rechargeable batteries.
4. Make sure no heavy objects or any person is on the bed or in
the range of moving parts.
5. Press the Button on the Power Converter until the Bed Frame
reaches the flat position:
