Preamble Status
Usage:
Useful for identifying and controlling incoming data. For example, defining
the preamble as a carriage return and a line feed causes each decoded
message to be displayed on its own line.
Definition:
Defines a one to four character data string that can be added to the beginning
of the decoded data.
Serial Cmd:
<K141,status,preamble character(s)>
Default:
Disabled
Options:
0 = Disabled
Preamble Characters
Serial Cmd:
<K141,status,preamble
Default:
^M (carriage return)
Options:
To enter control characters within a serial command, hold down the
key while typing the desired character.
Example:
5-6
1 = Enabled (within any protocol)
character(s)>
<K141,1,CTRL-m>
to enter the control character ^M.
