This feature enables the Network Time Protocol to synchronize the clocks of data
networks and the ICX35-HWC.

Description
Enables the NTP feature.
Serves time updates for the ICX35-HWC. Example: pool.ntp.org
Client - NTP process will query NTP server and update ICX35 system time.
Client/Server - NTP process will query NTP server and update ICX35 system
time and resolve NTP requests from the LAN clients.
