TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

To be eligible to obtain warranty service during the warranty period the Customer must
provide proof of the date of purchase, serial number, and obtain warranty return
instructions from their Reseller, or the local TalkSwitch Technical Support centre where
the TalkSwitch was purchased. Contact details for TalkSwitch Technical Support centres
can be found by visiting http://global.talkswitch.com and selecting the country or
region where the TalkSwitch was purchased. To obtain warranty service the Customer is
responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the Warranty Return Centre in suitable
packaging. Customer is responsible for any applicable duties or taxes for the return of
repaired, or replacement, product. Repaired, or replacement, product is warranted to
be free from defects in material and workmanship for the remainder of the limited
warranty period of the originally purchased product.
