SBC82400 ISA Half-Size CPU Board Series User's Manual
This chapter gives a detailed explaination of the hardware
features of the SBC82400 CPU Board.
3.1

Microprocessors

The SBC82400 comes with an embedded high-performance STPC
Consumer-II microprocessor.
Systems based on this CPU can be operated under UNIX,
OS/2, Windows 98, Windows CE, Windows NT and MS-DOS
environments.
3.2

CPU Bus Clock

The Host Clock can be doubled inside the CPU and isintended
to operate in the range of 25MHz to 100MHz.
3.3

BIOS

System BIOS used on the SBC82400 is Award Plug and Play
BIOS. The SBC82400 contains a single 2Mbit Flash EPROM.
3.4

System Memory

The SBC82400 inductrial CPU board has the 32bit SDRAM
onboard as the first bank and one 168-pin DIMM (Dual In-Line
Memory Module) socket as the second bank. The DIMM
module can come in sizes of 8, 16, 32, 64 and 128MB. The
maximum system memory is 128MB buffer SDRAMs.
