2.4.10 Serial Port Interface: COM1 and COM2

The SBC82400 has two onboard serial ports: COM1 is RS232
and COM2 is RS-232/422/485, jumper selectable. Both ports
feature +5V/+12V power capability on pin 1 and pin 8,
depending on the jumper setting
