Setting the cutting width / length

The cutting length can be set on the rip fence guide so that these can
be read on the measuring scale. With the clamping screw, the rip
fence can be fixed.

Notes on using the panel saw
 Make sure you install the saw blade protection.
 Run the workpiece evenly without flare-ups and without take it back until the end of cutting to.
 Set the panel saw blade so high that the ring gear is really reliably covered by the panel saw
blade protection (distance between the panel saw blade guard and workpiece
(max. -. 5 mm )
WARNING:
Perform the setup of the panel saw blade height and tilt by only with the machine
switched off.
For cuts less than 120 mm width supplying the materi-
al with a push stick must be made, and the stop bar
must be in a flat position.
Work only with a well cut saw blade.
 Use the push stick at the end of cutting when the distance between the saw blade and the par-
allel ruler is less than 120 mm.
 Make sure that the machine is working without vibrations.
 Cracked and deformed panel saw blades can not be repaired. You need to be sorted out imme-
diately as a committee and be replaced by ordinary.
 Then the panel saw blade must be removed from service.
 Select the number of teeth of the panel saw blade such that at least 2-3 teeth work simulta-
neously). If only one tooth works, a poor working surface results, the risk the vibrations and
the noise exposure increases before setback increase.
