Problem
The quality of the video in a videoconference is poor.
Not running the latest software
The MCU is not running the latest software version.
Solution
1. Log in to Equinox Management.
2. Click Devices.
3. In the left pane, click Media Servers.
4. Click the name of the media server instance.
Equinox Management displays the page of the media server instance.
5. In the Info tab, click the IP address of the media server.
Equinox Management displays the management interface in a new window.
