10. Verify the Status Map section shows the setting in
interface setting

Bandwidth
The MCU service bandwidth is not set to the optimal value.
Solution
To return the MCU to the default service bandwidth, proceed as follows:
1. Log in to Equinox Management.
2. Click Devices.
3. In the left pane, click Media Servers.
4. Click the name of the media server instance.
Equinox Management displays the page of the media server instance.
5. In the Info tab, click the IP address of the media server.
Equinox Management displays the management interface in a new window.
6. In the Configuration tab, locate Conferences > Services List and select Review.
7. Select the default value 4096 from the list under Max call rate (Kbps).
