The gas analyzer or its spare parts must be returned in the original
packaging. If the original packaging is not available, the items should be
wrapped in plastic sheeting and packed in a box of adequate size with
shock-absorbent material. Wood wool or foam rubber, for example, would
be suitable. If wood wool is used a layer of at least 15 cm should be
present at each side.
Note
Parts projecting beyond the housing, such as connectors and pipes,
require particularly good protection.
In the case of shipping overseas, the equipment must in addition be
sealed into polyethylene sheeting at least 0.2 mm which contains a
desiccant (such as silica gel) and is airtight. In addition, with this type of
shipping the transportation container must be lined with a double layer of
pitch paper.
As an accompanying slip for returns, photocopy the form printed on the
other side of the page and fill it out.
In the case of warranty claim please include your warranty card.
