• Hotfix KB2964073 for Windows 7 can be obtained from the following Microsoft

• The PC's system configuration must be either that recommended for the above OS or have the following specifications,
whichever is higher.

Computer equipped with Intel Core i series, or equivalent or higher processor

More than 100 MB of available space
Out of the above, there must be at least 50 MB of available space on the system drive (drive where
the OS is installed)
Display resolution 1280 x 768 or higher, 16-bit color or higher

Setup

1. Installing the software (Windows)

Double-click [setup.exe] on the supplied USB flash drive or in the Windows folder where the file was downloaded. Proceed
as instructed on the screen. When you agree to the license agreement, the installation process starts and the following
folders are created under the [Program Files (x86)] folder. The program and manual are installed, and the CA-S40 startup
menu is registered in the Start menu.

2. Uninstalling the software (Windows)

Open [Control Panel] - [Uninstall a program], select CA-S40 from the list, and double-click it or click [Uninstall].

3. Installing the software (macOS)

Double-click [setup.pkg] on the supplied USB flash drive or in the Mac folder where the file was downloaded. Proceed as
instructed on the screen. When you agree to the license agreement, the installation process starts and the following folders
are created under the [Application] folder. The program and manual are installed, and the CA-S40 startup menu is registered
in the Launchpad.

4. Uninstalling the software (macOS)

Right-click the CA-S40 application and click [Move to Trash].
