Note: The DP Custom protocol is fixed with a 2-second averaging
time resulting in a shorter test time compared to the DP protocol. A
shorter test time can be advantageous when testing certain patient
populations, such as young children.

Clearing Test Results

The Test Results Clear menu (Display # 19) allows the user to clear
the test results stored in the unit without printing them. Select the
LEFT or RIGHT arrow key to clear the results and select Yes or No
to verify clearing (or not clearing) the results (Display # 20).

Auto-Shutdown Time

The Power Off menu (Display # 21) refers to the Auto-Shutdown time
which controls how long the OtoRead instrument waits before shutting
itself off after a period of inactivity. It is not necessary to manually
turn off the OtoRead unit.
