7.10 Fuse and Circuit Breaker Specifications

Overcurrent protection
Provide overload protection to avoid overheating of the cables in the installation. Always carry out overcurrent protection
according to local and national regulations. Design fuses for protection in a circuit capable of supplying a maximum of
100000 A (symmetrical), 480 V maximum. See Table 7.15 and Table 7.16 for breaking capacity for Danfoss CTI25M circuit

UL/non-UL compliance
To ensure compliance with UL 508C or IEC 61800-5-1, use the circuit breakers or fuses listed in Table 7.15, Table 7.16, and
Table 7.17.
