Three I²C channels are available on AXEL LITE to provide an interface
to other devices compliant with Philips Semiconductors Inter-IC bus (I2C-
bus™) specification version 2.1. The I²C ports support standard mode
(up to 100K bits/s) and fast mode (up to 400K bits/s).
