Preparation for use and operation
Connecting the monitor to the power voltage
Depending on the connector, plug the monitor's power cable into either the

server (1) or a power outlet (2).
If you attach a monitor other than a Siemens monitor, you must not plug
!
the monitor power cable into the monitor connector unless the rated
current of the monitor is less than 1.5 A (230 V) or 3 A (115 V). The rated
current for the monitor is also given on the monitor itself and in the
Operating Manual for the monitor.
