Cleaning the Probe

Disconnect the N7020A power rail probe from the oscilloscope and clean the
probe with a soft cloth dampened with a mild soap and water solution. Make sure
that the probe is completely dry before reconnecting it to an oscilloscope. Avoid
using abrasive cleaners and chemicals containing benzene or similar solvents.
