General Information
N7023A Power Rail Probe Browser
The N7023A power rail probe browser helps in probing the power rails
conveniently. Mechanically, this browser is similar to a traditional passive probe
and is used in the same manner. The trade-off for this convenience is the lower
signal fidelity than the coaxial N7021A pigtail cables or the coaxial N7022A main
cable.
To use this browser, replace the N7022A main cable attached to the N7020A
power rail probe with the N7023A power rail probe browser as shown in the figure
below.
