The tables in this chapter list the specifications for the N7020A probe. Input
Impedance DC is the only warranted specification. Connect the probe to a
powered-on oscilloscope for at least 20 minutes before any testing to allow the
probe to warm up. Ensure that the environmental conditions do not exceed the
probe's specified limits.
