Before any intervention it is essential to cut off all supply of the machine

Repair

Replacement of the generator:

• Machine off, disconnect the antistatic bar from the generator.
• Connect instead of the anti-static bar a fairly large length cable.
• Switch the machine on.
• When the folding is running, with the free end of the cable connected to generator
approach a ground point of the building.
• If the generator is running then you will have a electric arc.
Remove / Assembly:
1. Remove the left frame of the machine.
2. Remove the wire of the faulty generator.
3. Remove the generator and replace it by a new one.
4. Connect the wire on the new generator.
5. Put the frame back.
