Before any intervention it is essential to cut off all supply of the machine
Repair
Replacement of the pressostat gas B1:
Setting: (next)
7. Turn to the right or left the setting screw of the pressostat so that the indicator is lit (Fig. 2).
8. Adjust the pressostat (Fig. 1) to the value of switching, ie the value at which the indicator
switches from ON to OFF and vice versa.
9. Vary the exhaust gas outlet in order to check the operation of the pressostat.
Example: for a IC4 4832, the pressostat is set to 5 mmH2O.
- Depression > 5 mmH2O :
- Depression = or < 5 mmH2O :
10. Once the adjustment is complete, block the setting screw of the pressostat with varnish
(Fig.1).
11. Stop the machine, disconnect the manometer and the Ohm-meter or the indicator +
power supply.
12. Reconnect the depression hose pipe and electric wiring of the pressostat.
13. Close the side frame of the machine.
