Description

The electric heating system comprises the following elements:
• 9 heating elements to heat the ironing cylinder.
• 1 electric plate with 3 contactors 'KM6', 'KM7' and 'KM8' to control the heating resistors.
• 1 thermal fuse 'F2' to protect the machine against a overheating > 240°C.
• 1 safety thermostat 'B3' to protect the machine against a overheating > 210°C.
• 3 temperature sensor 'B126', 'B127' and 'B128' to adjust the temperature of the ironing
cylinder.
The heating elements are mounted on a support inserted in the ironing cylinder.
The power of the heating elements change according to the capacity of the machine as follow:
- IC4 4819 FFS: 3650W / 400V
- IC4 4825 FFS: 4800W / 400V
- IC4 4832 FFS: 5950W / 400V
The KM6, KM7 and KM8 contactors are mounted in the electric cabinet. They are accessible by
removing the left side frame of the machine.
The B126, B127, B128 temperature sensors, the F2 thermal fuse and the B3 safety thermostat
are mounted in contact with the ironing cylinder on the strips bar. They are accessible by the
front of the machine under the feeding table.
