Before any intervention it is essential to cut off all supply of the machine

Repair

Replacement of the pressostat

Remove / Assembly:
1. Remove the left side frame of the machine.
2. Remove the compressed air supply and the wire of the faulty pressostat.
3. Remove the pressostat and replace it by a new one.
4. Connect the wire and the compressed air supply on the new pressostat.
5. Put back the frame.

Replacement of the pneumatic block

Remove / Assembly:
1. Remove the left side frame of the machine.
2. Remove the compressed air supply and the wire of the faulty pneumatic block.
3. Remove the air pilot valves.
4. Remove pneumatic block and replace it by a new one.
5. Put the air pilot valves on the new pneumatic block.
6. Put the compressed air supply and the wire on the new pneumatic block.
7. Put back the frame.
