Description

The cross folding comprises the following elements:
• 6 detectors 'DP23', 'DP24', 'DP25', 'DP26', 'DP27' and 'DP28'.
• 1 contactor 'KM12' to control the motion motor.
• 1 motor 'M7' to drive the folding motion.
• 1 switch 'FC510' to stop the folding motion when the rear housing is opened.
• 3 jacks 'V1', 'V2' and 'V3' to fold the linen.
• 3 air pilot valves 'D1', 'D2' and 'D3' to control the jacks.
The DP23, DP24, DP25, DP26 and DP27 detectors are mounted on the longitudinal table. They
are accessible by the lower part of the machine after to remove the rear housing.
The DP28 detector is mounted on the transfer table. It is accessible by removing the rear
housing.
The KM12 contactor and the D1, D2 and D3 air pilot valves are mounted in the electric cabinet.
They are accessible aby removing the left side frame.
The FC510 switch is mounted in the left casing. It is accessible by removing the left side frame.
The M7 motor and the V1, V2 and V3 jacks are accessible aby removing the rear housing.
