4. Operation
4.3. Status Menu
Status menu has five submenus, you can navigate between them by
pressing Up  and Down  buttons and select them by pressing Enter
.
Modules
This
submenu
shows
the
main
information about the device and
installed modules. Entering modules
lists all available hardware modules
including input/output cards, interface
cards and the MODEX frame.
The following information is available for
each modules: part number (P/N), serial
number (S/N), and hardware revision
(HW).
Firmware
This submenu shows the following
firmware versions of the device: CPU,
FPGA, ASIC, Built-in Web, and Video
firmware. The details about firmware
upgrade procedure see in
Firmware Upgrade
Voltages
User can check the recent 5V voltage
level of the device. Beside the voltage
value a status indicator is also displayed
that the recent level is OK or not. Value
can be refreshed by pressing the Up  or Down  buttons.
Temperature & Fan
User can check the recent temperature
of the CPU. Beside the voltage value a
status indicator is also displayed that
the recent level is OK or not. Value can
be refreshed by pressing the Up  or Down  buttons.
Operation Time
This submenu shows the operation time
of the device. The following information
is available: device up time, total time,
high temperature time.
4.4. Link Status Menu
Link status menu has five submenus, you can navigate between them by
pressing Up  and Down  buttons and select them by pressing Enter .
Link Up Time
This submenu shows the up time of the
transmitted/received signal.

Link Quality
It shows the quality of the optical link
of your device. The value can be 0 to
8, 0 means no connection established
between the transmitter and the receiver,

8 is the excellent link quality.

Remote Link Quality
It shows the quality of the optical link
of the device which your device is
connected to. Meanings of the displayed

Link Errors

It shows the number of errors on the
channel(s) of the optical link of your
device.
¹5V Level:

Remote Link Errors

It shows the number of errors on the
channel(s) of the optical link of the device
which your device is connected to.
Reset Counters
You can reset all counters by selecting

4.5. Crosspoint Settings Menu
Audio and video crosspoint settings are available in this menu. The
following simple operations can be done here:
Input/output switching,
Port autoselect settings (see
more details in
The Autoselect
Feature
section),
Port locking/unlocking,
Port muting/unmuting,
Port disconnecting/reconnecting.
4.6. Port Status & Settings Menu
Audio, video, and interface control ports settings are available in this menu.
4.6.1. Video Ports
Common Settings
You can set the Hotplug mode which can
be Auto, Always On, or Always Off.
Input Port Settings (I1, I2, ...)
ATTENTION! Input port settings depend on the installed video input
module. Different settings might be available for different type of

video modules.
The input port related settings are
available in this submenu. The number
of input ports depends on the installed
video input module. The following
settings and information can be reach
for each ports:
HDCP settings: You can set it to Enabled or Disabled.
5V Pin: information about 5V is present or not.
Resolution: recent video resolution is displayed for the selected port.
Color info: recent color info is displayed for the selected port.
HDCP Active: information about the incoming video signal is
HDCP-encrypted or not.
Factory defaults: you can set the
factory defaults values for the
selected port. Select it by pressing Enter  button and approve
it with Enter  or cancel it with Escape .
ATTENTION! If the selected port is locked, parameters cannot be
changed.
