N ever leave the unw ind shaft out of the
unw ind support saddle unless loading
or unloading film .
W hen using tw o rolls on the m achine,
ensure the film w idths are identical.
E xposed adhesive can cause com plications.
N ever use an open blade near the lam inating
rollers. Y ou m ay cut the rollers or your self.

A lw ays use the m inim um am ount
of brake for the job.

If m ore brake is needed, add an O -ring
to the brake side of the rew ind.

E xcess pressure can dam age the lam inating
rollers. A lw ays use the m inim um roll
pressure necessary to com plete the task.

O bjects other than m edia, film or approved
substrates, w ill cause irreparable dam age
to the rollers if caught in the nip.

Sharp edges on a substrate
should be filed sm ooth.
Sharp edges can C U T the rollers!

E xcessive pressure w ill cause the
substrate to bow or flatten.

D ensity of the substrate w ill determ ine the
am ount of pressure you m ay use.
