When a zone name is detected, a new zone is created and can be followed by the radius and endpoint
coordinates in any order.
The GPS distances by default are in nautical miles, radius=1 as shown above would set the total track length
to 2 miles.
When a setting is not configured within the ini file the default value will be applied, the default value is
1/1000th nM.
The radius is the radius of the two end points and the perpendicular as shown in the following diagram.
