REMEDIAL ACTION

Check the cable connection between the terminal

and the PBX.
Check to see if the cable is cut off.

Check to see if a short circuit exists on the line.
Check to see if the Ring wire of the cable is grounded.
Check to see if the LC blade is properly mounted.
No action is required.
