4.2.8 Custom LED labeling

4.2.8.1 Enhanced faceplate
The following procedure requires these pre-requisites:
EnerVista UR Setup software is installed and operational
The C60 settings have been saved to a settings file
The UR front panel label cutout sheet (GE part number 1006-0047) has been downloaded from
http://www.gegridsolutions.com/products/support/ur/URLEDenhanced.doc
Small-bladed knife
To create custom LED labels for the enhanced front panel display:
1.
Start the EnerVista UR Setup software.
2.
Select the Front Panel Label Designer item from the Online Window or Offline Window area, for example under
Settings > Front Panel Label Designer. If the option does not display, it means that the C60 does not have an
enhanced front panel or that no customization is possible. The Online Window has the advantage of displaying the
live fields as opposed to blank fields.
The window displays.

3.
Enter the text to appear next to each LED and above each user-programmable pushbutton in the fields provided. The
LED Offsets and Button Offsets buttons move all labels left/right and up/down on the page (they both do the same
action, so use either button). The Button Offsets button does not display when there are no pushbuttons to customize.
4.
Feed the UR front panel label cutout sheet into a printer and press the Print button in the front panel report window.
5.
When printing is complete, fold the sheet along the perforated lines and punch out the labels.
6.
Remove the UR label insert tool from the package and bend the tabs as described in the following procedures. These
tabs are used for removal of the default and custom LED labels.
