Delivery and service
2.1 Service schedule
WARNING: Do not do service on the engine or cutting deck unless the conditions that follow
are met:
•
The engine is off.
•
The parking brake is applied.
•
The ignition key is removed.
General maintenance not described in this workshop manual or operator's manual.

Care
Make sure that nuts and screws are tightened
Make sure that there are no fuel or oil leaks
Clean the chassi
Clean under the cutting deck
Clean around the muffler
Make sure that the engine cooling air intake is not
blocked
Make sure that the hydraulic oil cooling is not
blocked. (RC 320Ts AWD model only)
Make sure that the safety devices are not defective.
Examine and test the brakes
Make sure that the sensor for cellector full works
correctly.
Do a check of the engine oil level
Do a check of the oil level in the transmission
Do a check of the steering wire
Examine the blades in the cutting deck
Clean the cutting deck, under the belt covers and
under the cutting deck
Examine the headlights
Make sure that the tire pressure is correct
Do a check of the parking brake
Change the engine oil
Change the oil filter
Clean the air filter
Change the air filter
Change the fuel filter
Do a check of the parallelism of the cutting deck
Lubricate the belt adjuster
