Delivery and service
2.2 Assembly and checks
2.2.1 Battery
The product is equipped with a rechargeable lithium
iron phosphate battery LiFePO4. It is the
responsibility of the production to fit the battery.
2.2.2 Steering wheel
1. Fit the steering wheel with the steering rod on the
steering column. Choose a suitable height
position.
2. Thread the Allen screw into the thread on the
steering column. Work the wheel and tighten the
Allen screw so that i reached the bottom of the
thread.
3. Fit the locknut to the Allen screw.
2.2.3 Engine oil level
Do a check of the engine oil level when the product
stands horizontal with the engine switched off.
Make sure that the oil level is between the markings
on the dipstick. If the level is approaching the ADD
mark, top up the oil to the FULL mark on the dipstick.
Use an engine oil with a viscosity indicated in the
chart, class SF-SJ. The engine takes 1.4 liters of oil
excluding the oil filter.

2.2.4 Transmission oil level
Work on the hydraulic system demands cleanliness
and the hydraulic system must be vented before the
product is used. For more information, see "5.6.1
Hydraulic hygiene" on page 42.
1.
Remove the 2 screws (one on each side) and lift
off the transmission cover.
2.
Make sure that the oil level in the oil tank is
between the 2 horizontal lines on the tank.
3.
Fill with oil if the oil level is below the lower line,
but do not fill above the upper line. See "6.1
Technical data" on page 70 for recomended oil.
NOTE: Do a check of the oil level and fill if nec-
essary also after the test run.
2.2.5 Tire pressure
Make sure that all 4 wheels have the same tire
pressure. Different pressures will make the blades cut
the grass at different heights.
Correct tire pressure is 150 kPa / 1.5 bar / 21,8 PSI.
2.2.6 Cutting deck
Do a check of the cutting deck when the tire pressure
is correct. See "5.7.3 Checking the parallelism of the
cutting deck" on page 58.
