2. Set the steering wheel in the centre position. Use
a straigt edge or similar.
3. Jack up and block the product with the wheels on
one side on the ground and the wheels on the
other side in the air. Make sure that the steering
wheel position is not changed.
4. Mark the free running wheels with a reflective
tape.
5. Remember the risk of exhaust fumes. Measure
and note the speed of the rear wheels at full
speed. Now measure the speed of the front
wheels. This should be between 0-5% lower then
the rear wheel speed.
6. Check that the steering wheel position has not
changed during the following test. Start the
engine and run warm at full speed has stabilized.
Check with tachometer.
7. Stop the engine.
8. Adjust the synchronisatoin of the wheel speed
using the adjuster rod. First loosen the locknuts.
9. A longer rod gives a higher speed on the front
wheels.
10. A shorter rod gives a higher speed on the rear
wheels.
11. Check, with theh same steering wheel position as
before, that the adjustment gives the desired
result. If not, repeat from marking the tyres.

12. When the adjustment has been made, tighten the
locknuts on the adjuster rod.
