Feature upgrade example

Upgrade requirement
As shown in
the subordinate member with the member ID 2. Each member has one MPU in slot 0 (active MPU) and
one MPU in slot 1 (standby MPU).
Upgrade the feature1 feature from R21 1 1 to R21 10. The two versions are ISSU-compatible versions.
