modified to Chairperson.

Initiating PCM
For IP endpoints: PCM is activated by pressing the Far key (
followed by any of the Arrow Keys on the Remote Control Device.
For ISDN/PSTN endpoints: PCM is activated by pressing ## on the
Remote Control Device.
