Checking outputs (actuators) and sensors

Carrying out an actuator test
The actuators are split into two categories, depending on how they are used:
■ Boiler actuators
■ Consumer actuators
Press the following keys:
1. d + MENU simultaneously for
approx. 4 s.
The "Service" menu
is displayed.
2. |/~ for "Actuator test".
3. d to confirm.
4. |/~ for the required actua-
tor category.
5. d to confirm.
The display shows
the current operating
state.
The burner and all
actuators as well as
relay outputs are
switched off.
The following boiler actuators can be controlled subject to system equipment
level (not required during commissioning):
Display
"Flue gas fan 50%"
"Flue gas fan 100%"
"Prim. air damper Open"
"Prim. air damper Close"
"Sec. air damper Open"
"Sec. air damper Close"
"Heating L probe ON"

6. Wait until the burnout phase has ter-
minated.

10. Press g repeatedly until the stand-
ard display is shown.
The actuator test has been termina-
ted.

Note
The actuator test is
terminated automati-
cally if no input follows
for 5 min.
