Cleaning the combustion chamber

Please note
Hot gases can escape from the combustion chamber.
Never open the burner door during operation.
Only open the door when the system ON/OFF switch has been switched off.
Clean the combustion chamber only when the boiler has cooled down suffi-
ciently.
1. Open front panel (door) A.
2. Check combustion chamber door
B for tightness.
If in doubt, test with a paper strip. A
paper strip (approx. 20 mm wide) that
has been jammed into the door must
not be able to be pulled out.
Commissioning, inspection, maintenance

3. Replace damaged gasket if
required.
4. Remove thermal insulation block C
and clean.
5. Clean the combustion chamber with
a cleaning brush and vacuum
cleaner.
