Checking operating states, actuators and sensors
Danger
Touching live components can result in life
threatening injuries. After switching off the
ON/OFF switch on the control unit, there are still
live components inside the control unit enclo-
sure.
Isolate the system from the power supply, e.g.
■
by removing the separate fuse or by means of
a mains isolator, and check that it is no longer
live.
■
Safeguard the system against reconnection.
Danger
Risk of crushing or entanglement due to rotating
and moving parts.
Do not reach in through the maintenance cov-
ers.

Commissioning, inspection, maintenance
Note
Use commercially available lubricant.
Checking operating states, actuators and sensors
■
Switch on the system. Do not start the boiler.
■
Check operating states in the "Diagnosis" menu.
■
Check sensors are firmly seated and positioned cor-
rectly. Check the sensor values in the "Diagnosis"
menu.
Switch actuators under "Actuator test" and check.
■
Isolate the system from the power supply. Check that
■
it is no longer live.
Safeguard the system against reconnection.
Note
Operating states, actuators and sensors can be
checked in the "Service" menu. See page 113.
