The following consumer actuators can be controlled subject to system equip-
ment level (recommended during commissioning):

Explanation
The fan is also started to protect the igni-
tion element.
Control for a limited time (grate cleaning
process is carried out once).
With a screw conveyor supply system:
Charge motor, discharge motor and flex-
ible screw conveyor motor
With a pellet hopper: Charge motor
Note
Prior to the charge motor being started,
the combustion grate enters a position
where the charged pellets fall directly into
the ash container. When the boiler has
been charged, the grate is cleaned after
the boiler actuator test has been comple-
ted.
Then the ash container must be emptied
to remove unburned pellets (see
page 50).
Only for vacuum supply systems:
Discharge motor and vacuum module
Note
Filling only takes place if the pellet hopper
is empty, i.e. if there are no pellets in front
of the pellet sensor. Otherwise, the suc-
tion turbine and discharge motor are acti-
vated only briefly, then the filling process
is stopped immediately.
