Reports
The Report Scheduler allows the operator to create schedules for report
execution by time or event, view schedules linked to a report format, edit
schedules, delete schedules, and change schedule status. The operator can
create up to 300 time and/or event schedules before the Scheduler Directory
is full.
Reports can be scheduled from any OSx station. To schedule reports, the
operator must have the Report Configuration security privilege.
OSx allows the you to configure a single report schedule to have both time
and event triggers if your application requires it.
If you attempt to do a manual station role change while a report is
executing, the role change fails. Wait a minute or two and then try the role
change again.
Scheduled reports do not execute while a role change is in progress, nor do
they execute after the role change is complete until the next scheduled time
or event. Report execution does not affect automatic failover from the
primary to a backup.
