About this task

Use this procedure to automatically update the presence status to Away after a predefined time.

1. Press Main Menu > Settings > Presence Settings.

The deskphone displays the Away Timer screen.

2. Press Change to turn on the Away Timer.

3. Use the Down Arrow key to go to the Timer Value screen.

4. Enter time in minutes.

You can enter any value from 1 to 999.

5. Press Save.
