About this task

Use this procedure to automatically update the presence status to Away after a predefined time.

Procedure

1. Press Admin menu > Settings > Presence Settings.

2. Go to the Away Timer screen and change the value to On.

3. Use the Down Arrow key to go to the Timer Value screen.

4. Enter time in minutes.

You can enter any value in the range of 1 to 999.

5. Press Save.
